Very few properties have all the possibilities with NO RESTRICTIONS. This has 4 lakes and a year round stream. There is app 1700 feet of creek you own both sides and then the stream crosses the property line 7 times. It is fenced and cross fenced into 4 fields. There is a barn and cattle working pens and two hay sheds. Left side of the road is being used for hay fields with the right side and back used for cattle at this time. If you open any gates close them immediately so the cows do not get out. The house and the 5th lake does not go with it. When you look at he plat it is the bell shape piece. The largest lake is in the back past the barn. If you look under plat map I have the approximate size of the lakes and there are a couple areas where you could build more. Woods have deer and turkey and the lakes have fish, ducks, and geese and the back stream has beavers and otters and lots of small game. Great hunting property or a good spot just to take a walk and enjoy nature.
